POLICIES & FAQ: By booking with AmieArtistry, you understand that the following policies are in place & in effect at all times. CANCELLATIONS: You must cancel a minimum of 24 hrs prior to your scheduled appointment to prevent being charged 50% of your scheduled service(s). If you cancel within 5 hours of your scheduled appointment— you will be charged 100% of the service. NO CALL - NO SHOW: If you do not show up to your appointment or fail to get in contact with me prior to your appointment, this is considered a no show appointment. A no show results in you being charged for 100% of your scheduled service(s), & may be prevented from scheduling future appointments. LATENESS: If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment might not be completed. Arriving late will result in a shorter appointment time. If you’re more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled/rescheduled & you will be charged 100% of the desired service. * IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO REACH OUT TO YOUR ARTIST * NO GUESTS PERMITTED. This is YOU TIME. Please refrain from bringing plus ones to your appointment, even your child! If you bring a guest, your appointment risks being cancelled & will be charged 100% of your scheduled service & may be prevented from scheduling future appointments. • please respect your time & mine! • deposits, products, & services are nonfundable!
